We have four support tiers, regardless of the tier of support you full under you will always get high quality support and accommodation.
The Safehouse BD individuals come from all backgrounds and communities, with our main goal focusing on making their stay inclusive, safe with growth to independence.

Service users who can access our services and support have various needs which include:

Tier1
We have various support packages available, which we allocate accordingly:
Tier 1
Registration with a GP, dentist and optician
Completion of health screening
Completion of educational assessment and link with Connexions
Enrolment onto ESOL course
Monitoring of training/college attendance
Completion of personal support plan
One to one key work sessions
Enrolment into education/training/employment
Provision of emergency phone numbers for accommodation provider
Accompany to home office appointments
Initial risk assessment within 72 hours, subsequent monthly reports
Subsequent reports on quarterly basis
Pathway plan reports
Exit plan
Evaluation

Tier 2
Includes low support plus the following:
Service user to be accompanied to medical and therapeutic appointments
Service user can be visited once a week
Service user to be seen out of hours in case of emergency in any kind of need
Service user to be accompanied to Home Office, solicitors and other appointments
Strategy meetings and safeguarding conferences to be attended
Dealing and support with nuisance and anti-social behaviour

Tier Three
Includes low and medium support plus the following:
Client to be supported with daily tasks on a daily basis
Complex Needs and challenging behaviours can be exhibited by individuals with diverse disabilities and complex needs, manifesting as physical and/or verbal aggression or self-injurious actions.
We prioritize appropriate safeguarding while empowering them to exercise control and make choices through proactive and positive behaviour management, which includes vigilant risk assessment. We employ clear, multi-agency risk assessments and strategies, as well as increased supervision when necessary, to foster a sense of inclusion.
Tier four support covers:
Risk of death by misadventure
Self-harm
Engage in suitable activities that cater to their unique needs.
Cultivate meaningful relationships with friends, family, and support staff.
Maintain good physical and mental health.
Pursue and achieve personal aspirations.
Develop new skills and gain independence.
Reside in an environment that caters to their physical, sensory, and social needs.
